I always wanted a simple life — where nature could touch our body and mind, yet comfort, privacy and quiet luxury would remain part of everyday living.
The Simple Living Retreat is born from that personal dream: a peaceful private escape surrounded by greenery, open sky, soft morning light and the calm rhythm of nature. It is not planned as a typical land project — it is a thoughtfully curated retreat for families who value peace, wellness, elegance and meaningful living.

Simple Living, Refined By Nature.
What began as a personal farmhouse gradually evolved into a deeper vision — a peaceful retreat lifestyle surrounded by nature, simplicity and calmness.
The existing farmhouse stands on approximately 280 decimals of land. Over time, I realized that such a large natural estate is difficult for one person or one family to maintain and fully enjoy alone.
This inspired the idea of sharing the retreat with preferably six like-minded members, where each family may enjoy around 40–50 decimals of private resort-style living space.
Together, the members can gradually shape The Simple Living Retreat by combining their individual dreams into one harmonious and meaningful lifestyle destination.

Each lot is expected to offer around 40 to 50 decimals of private property — allowing generous open space, greenery, privacy and a peaceful retreat-style lifestyle for every member.
Once six like-minded members are identified, the project will move into its actual planning stage with a renowned architect to ensure the optimum use of land, landscape, comfort, privacy and long-term value.
